Our villas are fully upgraded to Western standards inclusive of living and working amenities as well as security upgrades and include water testing and upgrades, electrical and network upgrades, plumbing and HVAC upgrades and any other type of fix that may be required to bring an existing property up to your expected standards. And if your firm needs residential facilities outside a settled area, Catalyst can provide you with re-locatable living and working units, constructed and arranged to your specifications, and placed within a secure compound built to suit by Catalyst.
