As one of several O&M contracts awarded to Catalyst by the USG throughout Pakistan, this ID/IQ MATOC tasked Catalyst with constructing perimeter and intrusion deterance systems and delivering fuel and lubricants (vehicles), food, water and othermaterials as well as security and qualified labor personnel into Pakistan's Tribal area near the Afghan border. Catalyst also supplied, maintained and fueled two 200 KvA generators and one 400 KvA generator for this period. This site's project ended sucessfully when the 40-man unit was entrenched and had purchased all necessary systems for self-sufficiency. |

Catalyst was tasked with supplying and delivering items into the tribal area of Pakistan's NWFP. This task involved managing the purchase of these items, however, Catalyst's principal challenge was centered on delivery. Catalyst Managed customs clearence and the secure delivery of the items using several convoys of multiple trucks and security units without the loss of a single piece. Catalyst sucessfully provided information gathering, ITV, all physical assets (trucks, trailers) and services (clearance, washing, tarping). |
